Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the following: What is a good first cycle? What is a good age to start juice? What is the youngest age u can use GH and IGF-1, I'm currently only 17 and i've been training for 4 years, 2 years seriously, i'm hoping to do a cycle when i'm around 20-21. I lift as heavy as possible so i can continue to build up my tendons and what not for when i hit the juice, i can currently bench 250, squat 350 and deadlift 380.
