Never hit the tri's before, so I started my IGF and decided to hit my tricep outer head. I did not expect it to hurt this much! And it's just a slin needle! WTF....OUCH!

I love bi's.... very comfortable injection for me.....

I think it would be too awkward to hit tris, so I haven't done them...

it gets very painless after a while , right now hitting test susp in the triceps eod , pretty painless once u get used to it ... if using oil based , then yeah , lol , u gotta use a shitload of oil , so u gotta start thinking of syntherol or something like that to get enough volume of oil in ...
