Reducing vascularity?

Does anyone know of something to take that temporarily REDUCES vascularity. I don't think that judges like vascularity on women and score them down for excessive "hardness". So something that a woman bodybuilder could take prior to competition day would be useful.

You could over deplete and come in flat. Easy enough to do. Just do depletion workouts w/o carbs for the last few days before the show and you'll be flat as a pancake. Of course, if you're intentionally not as lean as possible, this will work, too. Best way to NOT have vasculairty woudl be to (IMHO) to come in with higher bodyfat and they over-dry out to keep the veins from filling. Nothing like being flat AND soft!!! LOL

Frankly, if I were a woman, I'd say Phuk the judges. Come in like you want to and look as damn good in your own eyes as you can. Nothing like being the people's champ when they give a smaller, smoother woman the trophy. You'll know who was the better BB'er...

Vaso constrictors

This is not what the judges exactly say; it doesn't seem to have been expressly stated, just implied. But looking at peoples contest shape and placings at the national level and then looking at the Olympia photos, its plain that excessive female vascularity is not desired. What is pleasing to the eye is very good definition and separation. Not freaky looking veins all over the place. Take a look at Lenda Murray's photos; not only great symmetry, but the look of the muscular development is very pleasing. Men are judged differently than women and vascularity looks much better on men than women. Other examples of men and women judging differences are trap development and waist size. Facial looks are not judged overtly, but seem to help a females placing more than a mans :)

Back on topic, I was thinking of something that temporarily reduces vein size. Thinking about it some more and I come to the conclusion that a vaso constrictor might work. There are plenty of these (i.e. phenopropanolamine, adrenelin, etc.). What I don't know is the effect on the pump before coming on stage and the overall look. What else changes?

Not interested in fucking up the athletic condition by coming in smooth, or over depleting, etc. Just coming in big and defined without all the negative baggage from too much vascularity.

vaso constrictors seem pretty drastic. If she's already lean and hard, then backing off a little on the pump-up might be enough.

Asking me???

Have you competed before and this is what they've told you?

If so, I have not competed. I learned it in jail. Heroin makes your veins show, shooting crank hides your veins. I'm just taking there word for it.
