How do I maintain natural testosterone levels after coming off A Cycle?? Help

I'm 40 yrs old, competing atleast 2-3 times a yr and was on a long cycle jan.- march 2003 (12weeks), a 1 month break and back on for may thru july (12 weeks). I have never had to use anything to raise my testosterone levels before this year and am now not able to have sex everyday like I used to. How can I get these levels back and how do I avoid this in the future. Help, the old lady is bitch-in
 
Wow, if there ever was a topic of debate, this is it. LH, do a search (on this site and on the web in general) on terms like HCG, clomid, nolvadex, arimidex, letrozole, anti-aromatase, Luteinizing hormone, LH, HPTA, hypothalamus, gonadotrophin, and post-cycle recovery (just to name a few).

This ought to get you up to speed. Sounds like you must have as pretty hardy system to have done so well so long, but the past few mo. must have really sucked. Other factor for you of course is age...

Basic idea is to restore the normal hormonal cascade among the hypothalamus, pituitary and gonads, while minimizing the effect of cortisol. Some of this can be done by keeping the players (at leasat the gonads) in shape when on (with HCG), but most focus is usally on clearing the inhibitory chemicals (the gear) out of the system and minimizing the effects of the residual hormones (especially estrogen, when it comes to restoring testosterone) ASAP after the cycle (not several mo. later...)

Would help if you told us what you were taking. Also, will this year be like last?... If so, then there is no use in doing "recovery" (if you could call it that) would be useless, b/c you will / would be back on in a few weeks.

some basic hcg , 5 shots of 1000 iu shot eod will help , use 100 mg clomid alongside ... but like randy said, u need to talk more about what u were taking , what u intend to do after this etc ...
 
Thanks Guys, and I am sorry that I did not explain the cycle I was on. the last cycle was 20wks first 10 was a ladder up of cyp starting at 200mg wk and up to 600 wk mixed with d ball approx 5 aday for 6wks I started the d-ball about 2 wks after cyp (it came late lol) Tenth week went to wini and dec starting at 200mg wk up to 600mg a week stayed at 6 for for about 4 wks then pyramid down to 2 for 2 weeks. everything was qv. wini was eod for last 6 wks of cycle, and of cource I cycled clens in 1 wk on 1 wk off for last 10 wks. Hope this helps with some more answers
 
shoot the hcg ( 2500 * 4 shots , each shot 3 days apart) , then do clomid 100 mg for 6 weeks . also , use vit c 3 gms per day and if possible , get phosphatidylserine and run it at 800 mg per day .
 
Clomid therapy alone WILL work. A few months ago I came off after being on over a year. It SUCKS no matter how you approach it. Your drive suffers, your workouts suffer and even the slight fat gain and muscle loss experienced with sticking to the best practices of coming off can really wreck your psychie(sp??). Clomid therapy, sticking to your diet and training, and some patience is about the best advice I can offer.
 
i agree with the hcg approach

you can also add clen in there with your PCT and will help with the post cycle crash

standard clomid therapy
hcg @ 1000 iu per day for 5 days
clen 2 wk on/ 2 wk off
