Need some advice

i am not sure what the question is bro? but sounds like you have a decent plan, not sure about year round on tren though,lol

And a question...... WHY NO CARDIO??? A fatloss program would work a hell of a lot better with some cardio.....
 
I gotta ask. Do you just love to stick yourself or what? 1g of prop a week for a year? Why not use ethenate? I look the same with some letro thrown in. If you eat right 8-9% should not be a problem with the gear and thermo's your running. But to me it is kind of like shooting a rabbit with a grenade. Why pull out the big guns before you need to. Go one step at a time getting there a little at a time adding one thing. This way you actually know what works.
 
actually , if u are going to use clen , then t3 supplementation alongside becomes almost a necessity as endo t3 levels go down pretty badly when using clen , where as using ephedrne keeps up t3 levels , so u'll be able to stay off t3 for a while and use it towards the end as an extra thing to do ...
also , why think of such long periods ? if ure at 15 % , then 12 weeks to 16 weeks should be more than enough toget down to contest shape u knw ?
 
something pretty basic :
10-20 mg ephedrine , 100-200 mg caffine , 3 mg yohimbine 6 times a day would be pretty ideal .
to go along with that , 25 mg guggul 4-5 times a day to keep up t4 to t3 conversion right ..
and as far as being on all thro the year etc , i dont really like that , but thats a diff arguement , and u obviously have come to a decision on that , so i'm not going to try and suggest anything there . hope i helped .
as far as clen goes , just add it towards the end like i said earlier, along with the t3 . as long as u stay sane with t3 doses , and are on steroids , i doubt u'll encounter too much muscle loss . good luck .
