I'd like to hear from everyone about the injuires they have aquired over the years (or just your worst). I'll start things off:

1. Ripped tendons in both forearms
2. Sprained lower back
3. Severe tennis elbow in both arms
4. Severely sprained ankle

Nothing serious, knock on wood :)

My enimies frequent this board, I'm sure they'll take advantage of such knowledge. JK

I have had chronic shoulder sublexation of the left shoulder. Two operations on it.

Most recently 4 torn tendons in the rotator cuff... before that, tendonitis in my left elbow, and before that I tore my vastus lateralus, part of the quad. Pushing hard is part of training. Knowing where "hard" stops and "stupid" starts is sometimes difficult to see when all you want to do is grow!

tendonitis in both elbows, had a torn rotator cuff when i started working out...better now, central line herniation of L5/S1...it's good most of the time...comes back to mess with me now and again!

Lifting I've torrn tendons in my shoulder and have had a lot of tendon problems over the years. In other sports I have dislocated my knee 3 times. I also have carpel tunnel in both hands probably from years of lifting.

As far as tendons I was just reading and article in Muscular Development, and it says u shouldn't lift without neoprene's, for your elbows when working upper body, and for your knees for lower body, anybody try this?
