Don't be surprised if you see God near the end of your set. :dead:
When you get to where you can only grind out 2-3 reps at a time then pause, tears in your eyes, burning like a mother, then do it again and again, and your still only at 70 or 80, just stay in there and hit that 100th rep!
Weight wise we used roughly 1/2 to 2/3 what is done with a normal set. You should be able to crank out about 30 reps before taking the 1st pause.
