leg day today

today was leg day...yes at 3am! can some of you run me through your leg routines. whats the best?

getnbigr definitely give it a try. it should only take about an hour to do but it's a great change of pace.

my legs have been getting tighter all day.

My legs are still sore as hell today from tuesday's 100 reppers!

Don't be surprised if you see God near the end of your set. :dead:
When you get to where you can only grind out 2-3 reps at a time then pause, tears in your eyes, burning like a mother, then do it again and again, and your still only at 70 or 80, just stay in there and hit that 100th rep!
Weight wise we used roughly 1/2 to 2/3 what is done with a normal set. You should be able to crank out about 30 reps before taking the 1st pause.

I would base that on where I am at rep-wise, if I've made it to around 80, then no, leave the weight the same and take a few extra seconds pause-rest (our pauses are typically 5- 10 seconds but when its getting really bad may go as much as 15 seconds).
