Favourite exercise

I'd like to know everyone's favourite exercise: i LOVE deadlifts :D the strength and size these give me is addictive, i always try to keep a variation of this exercise in my program.

i have to agree with this exercise myself!!


when talking about weight training, i'd have to go with heavy shrugs (dumbbell or barbell) and inclined dumbbell presses
