..injection. Actually my wife did it for me cuz I had a hard time reaching around. Guess flexibility is not my strong point!
However I was pleasantly surprised that I did not feel a thing.

It was the IGF, I figure if it does have site enhabcement capabilities I would hit it where I need it!

if its the normal igf , then yeah , it will have site enhancement properties , but if u have the longR3 version , i doubt it has site specific results , its just over all hypertrophy from what i understand , either way , how the hell did u do the aspiration and injection by urself !!! ??

Ahhhhhhhh yes ,ye old lat shot...I never had a problem with lat shots other then the fact that i could not hit them myself either...very important to aspirate in that areas ,as you laready know,lots of veins and stuff...Good luck KID and i hope we finally get together for that lunch...I am still at the Pine..happy holidays
