sleep.. good or bad?

i know you need rest after training. is there any way you can get too much sleep and it affect your body in a negative way?
 
Well For bulking purposes, I know if I sleep in, I end up missing 2-3 meals and it really shows up on the scale at the end of the day.
 
Sleep is good. The more the better. I will think this way until someone can provided scientific information that states other than that.
 
if you drink a shake before bed, you will have to wake up to pee at which point you have another shake and you won't miss any meals
