To my Brothers and Sisters at MC

A happy New Year, Peace, Love and Prosperity for the MC crowd. I am sure 2003 has brought injuries, personal trauma and challenges for some of the MC members( I know I had my share), so I am wishing everyone one the board a new start in the new year. 2003 was hell for me, so I am looking forward to a great 2004 and just wanted to wish the same for my brothers and sisters at MC. Every year brings challenges and unpleasant surprises, but every December 31st, all I ask is for a fresh start and that is my wish for everyone who had a not so great 2003. May everyone have great workouts, lower bodyfat and new muscle for the coming year!

yep , end of 2003 has been the worst in my whole life wrt most aspects in life .... looking forward to 2004 with hope .... happy new year to everyone .
