Been doing some research on this cycle. Anyone have any experience or first hand knowledge of the application?

Looks like its mainly high protein with just a little bit of carbs post-w/o. All so you wont be a fat bastard!

yeah , mr rea likes the low carb approach with slin ... tough to keep calorie count up with that , if u read that article again , u'll realise , although its low carb and everything , but u know , u still have to eat beyond maintenance level , thats atleast 15-16 cals per lb of bodyweight , which would be pretty hard to eat if its mainly protein and fat ...ure only allowed around half a gram of carb per lb of bodyweight on that diet .

What Im getting from this is say for a 200 lb'r you would take in 600 g of protein and only around 150 g carbs post workout, with EFA's thrown into the mix.

I guess what Im asking is with taking insulin, will the excessive protein act/convert to carbs thus making the insulin effective w/o tons of carbs being taken in?

yes , gluconeogenesis will happen , but u will need to watch out much more carefully for hypo symptoms when on low carb diets with slin ... better off using more normal methods with slin from my experience , just keep slin doses sane , use some avandia alongside and fat gain will be minimum i feel , i dont like the low carb approach at all .

Thanks Ray!

Although I dont consider myself overly knowledgable about all AAS, I would like to think I am a little. I've been doing this for a while and have only tried slin once (for a week). I didn't particularly like the feeling/light-headedness and thats with taking in quite a few carbs and only 5-6 iu's slin.

I just like to keep learning. I would agree with you though, that the regular approach seems the most obvious/wisest choice.

no at the point i was considering it my body no longer gained barely any fat at all no matter how many calories i took in (7000+) so it was not valid for my purposes

Must be nice instynt. If Im correct your older, right? Im sure it took quite a while to actually change and alter your metabolism to that point.

I've always had a slower metabolism, so Im considering all options. Like I stated above, I really just like learning more than anything.

Thanks for your guys comments.

yes , the fast metabolism takes time to develop , took me a year to learn to stay at a low bf , diet plays a major role , but i think if metabolism is too slow , or bf is higher than normal , avoid slin , low carb use with slin sounds good on paper, wasnt very pleasant when i tried it , so i quit after a few days lol and got back to normal methods .
