Yep SM, we're up here just waiting for the next winter storm to roll in! I can't wait till April when we'll be back down in your neighborhood for a week!
I know the Tip hill area well, used to bounce at 1 of the Irish bars there back in the early 90's.

AHHHHH

not that the weather SUX where you are at right now, but we had a crazy cold front came thru here. It was 62 at night and 81 in the day. We tuffed it out and I dont think we had any deaths. Its just one of the many hazards we have down here, like sunburn, and sand in your shoes. The damn water down here is a nippy 78 degrees too! thats crazy talk , huh?
When you are gettin gready to come back down here for another "extreme Vacation" make sure you pack all of your neccessary equipment.....shorts, T-shirts.......shorts. Oh yea dont forget your gym stuff!

Yeah man, I was on the beach yesterday workin on my tan....you guys still got snow up there? Shit bro's , put a for sale sign in the front yard, pack up the car, head south!!
