Chest workout

Does anyone do any crazy chest workouts where you do really high reps. You may have noticed kidrok and i have leg workouts that include 100 reps sets, drop sets, supersets, etc. I'm thinking of trying something like for chest, but probably not in the 100 rep range.

What are some examples of your high reps chest workout?

I am sure alot of guys do something similair to this-at the end of my chest workout I do cable crossovers-it is really a 3 set drop-I do 15 reps, partners reduce weight, 15 more, reduce weight, etc-ends up being 50-60 reps. I think ending chest this way gives a great stretch and an awesome pump-more blood flow means better and quicker protein synthesis imo.

sounds like a good theory to me bro!

supersport - I'll give it a shot next week. I don't always get great pumps from my chest workouts, it sucks!! Since I found the wide dips that about the best pump I get for a finisher exercise. But I don't like to do the same thing every week, so this will help change it up.

If it doesn't work I'm not responsible bro!! lol!

Here is something that may help you get pumped. You ever try Yohimbe liquid extract? I use it sublingually-since the mid eighties. It is a vasodilator, especially in the extremities. I take 3 full eyedroppers of it under the tongue about 10-15 min before training. I love the stuff-works great for me-fantastic pumps even when I am clean....

i love the idea of cable crossovers and i love doing them but ever since my shoulder injury i haven't been able to do them. for some reason my shoulder really hurts when it works in a stretched position, even with only the 10's on the cable.

man i am fucked. i wish i could get back to normal.
