of course I'm referring to eating plenty of protein and drinking plenty of water


is there a problem with half of one's protein intake coming from shakes?
 
Don't know, but I've heard that you can get liver damages from way to much shakes... but don't think that's true
 
Never heard of liver damage..... But I have heard of kidney damage from consuming too much protein in a day. Apparently it can over work your kidneys.

In any case, whole food is always better for you then shakes......
