Heard of it, but never tried it. The supp store I go to sells them in half a gallon milk cartons and frozen so I just let it thaw then pour it into a plastic gallon container to keep the egg whites from smelling up the fridge. For five bucks, I get a half gallon of pure egg whites any time I want good protein. You may try a bakery supply or place that sells food in bulk quantities for restaurants, etc.
