Breakfast while bulking?..

Wondering what you guys have for breakfast when you're bulking up?...

Lately, I've been going the wt. gainer shake plus a bagel route (~125g protein, 200g carbs). Gettin' a bit old, though.

wake up at 430 have cheerios
on the road at 515 have coffee and donuts(2)
arrive at office at 7 have bagel
800 have egg and bacon sandwich
930 p and j sand wich
1100 start lunch..........hmmmm
 
WoooHOOOOO I want Saturn's breakfast!
Seriously I usually do a Myoplex shake with an added scoop of whey. Quick and easy and filling.
But now I have to switch to eggs and oatmeal which means getting up ealier.

steak n' eggs
oatmeal (1 pack apple cinnamon mixed with 1 pack regular)
16oz skim milk (don't need the fat from whole milk)

or

shake with peanut butter
cereal (raisin bran/frosted mini wheats/ or GoLean Crunchy)

or

4 egg sandwich with bacon and sausage
16oz skim milk

How do you find time to make that in the morning. I would have to get up like 4 AM to cook breakfast like that.:(

I think you need to make my breakfast for me.

I work from home and my hours are 5am-2pm, however, I am not very busy until 7:30. So I get up, turn on the coffee pot, sign on to my company network, do a few maintenance things, then I go cook my breakfast.

you must already have a good job, you can't even get fired from it!!! lol

i think they would be upset if i gave you my job

this job has really helped me put on some weight (good weight)

I wan't to work form home. It's been my dream to work in my bath robe and bunny slippers.

I showed up to work wearing that one day but they sent me in for 3 days of observation.:(

I train after I eat breakfast so it isn't huge:

5 eggs (1 yolk)
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1 slice 100% whole grain toast

1 large cup of strong coffee.

I love the taste of coffee and eggs in my throat while I train legs.
