Its important that you don't really change your diet too much or you're going to lose gains or in the event of cutting you will gain lots of weight/fat if you let your diet go too fast.
i kinda work up to a pretty depleted state at the end of my cycle , so when my post cycle therapy starts , i just bump up cals wayyy over maintenance without really having to worry about bf increases etc , this has worked pretty well for me , ofcourse , supplementation and reduced training volume plays a major part as well , and i also believe in using slin very successfully post cycle .
