Favourite injection site

Mine is probably bi's or quads.

I don't find bi's uncomfortable at all and I like the full feeling after. I also don't leak from my bi's.

Quads is easy to access and there is lots of meat there, so most injections go good.

I don't like glutes either. I usually have to get my wife to give me glute injections.
 
never done bi's I am afraid it will hurt like a bitch but I will some day, i just dont know if you do it relaxed or slightly flexed..
my favs are glutes and thighs and delts..Cant reach my glutes my girl does mine and i do hers.. same problem my back is to wide.
 
When I do my bi injections I have a slight bend in my arm, but don't flex..... I just rest my elbow on the counter or something then go to town.

I was surprised at how comfortable bi shots were for me..... no pain or discomfort.... Be careful of the volume of your shots there tho....
 
i like glutes due to the fact there is rarely any soreness, but quads are a close second

quads will be primary soon, as my days to reaching around to do glutes is numbered
 
quads and chest are the easiest to do for me , so i normally go with those spots , if not , shots are done normally in my triceps which are a weakpoint for me .
 
Shoulders and Biceps are my favorite- I get no soreness from biceps and it feels pumped and full for a while

dont like glutes hard to reach

quads I need to try again but I have had 3 bad experience- 2 times hit a nerve and the damn needle was jumping all over and other shot was so damn sore could not do legs for a week.
 
gotta be quads and delts. quads because there's so much area to shoot in to, i just gotta watch out for the occasional nerve.

delts I just started doing about 2 yrs ago, and i couldn't believe how easy it was.

glutes would probably by my next spot but i can't quite turn shoot it.
 
Quads and pecs are my favorites...but my quads have lots of scar tissue...I should start adding delts and bi's into my rotation. Glutes are hard to reach...but another that will be in my rotation soon.
