i am 15 and a sophmore in high school, what type of supplements would i use to get the most out of my powerlifting class so i can get as strong as i can as fast as i can using wahtever because i just want to be stronger, skinnier, and be able to run faster. i also need to know what type of dietary supplements to take thanks

You should start with a multi-vitamin, and consider taking a protein supplement to get more protein into your diet. This will allow your muscle to rebuild faster and more efficiently which will lead to more strength gains.

but i have been using creatine before my accident. why shouldn`t i use it?

I just don't recommend to guys your age. I don't feel there is a need for it yet, and it does cause some stress to your body. I don't think it will really harm you tho.

at 15 you probably shouldn't need any extra boost. keep lifting, eating good clean food and get lots of protein (~1.5g per lb of bodyweight) everyday. you can get a good powder protein to supplement what you don't get from food.

to get leaner and run faster you should be able to do that just by running. do lots of sprinting to improve quickness and this with a clean diet will help you drop any fat.

you shouldn't need an extra boost?

what da heck, I could always use an extra boost, and I'm sure most people here would take it if they could.... minding your health that is. There prolly is little if any harm that creatine can do to him.

I agree good man. I was taking creatine when I was 16 and training for football.

Can someone post a reason why (exactly) creatine will harm someon of a young age?

I would have to say:

Protein
multi vit
bcaa's (before and after workout)
creatine (only if you want)

if you have to choose due to money issues, go with a good protein powder

I stated above that it will not cause any harm per say to the person, but it does add stress to his body...... and at his young age I feel it is unnecessary.....

The stress I speak of is the extra stress put on the kidneys from creatine. Also dehydration would be a factor but with proper water consumption it could be avoided. In any case I just feel at that young age it isn't really needed, and there is better things to use right now. JMO

You all forgot the important:

GLUTAMINE PEPTIDES!!!

Helps recovery and immune function.

Train, eat, rest, supplement. That it's.........for now ;)

Superès right bro. You got plenty of time to get massive. Take it slow and steady and be patient as it takes time to reach any goals in life.

ph - i guess i should of been more specific, what i was referring to when i said he didn't need an extra boost at 15 yrs old was he's already got lots of natural test flowing through his body and shouldn't need to take prohormones.

i've got no problems with him taking creatine though.
