Today I have to deadlift with my back workout, I only do deads every other back day. But the problem tonight is I have to work bouncing from midnite to 4AM and I know my back will be screamin :eek: from being on my feet for 4 hours. Maybe I can steal a barstool from someone! lol

That's help w/ the disocomfort, but it will also slow protein turnover - breakdown and synthesis. Basically it'll lessen the stimulus of the workout, at least in terms of protein metabolism...

well I got moved from Friday night to tonight so that worked out better. Although being the fool I am we went out instead. Wife got me onto the dance floor and did my back tighten up bad after a couple songs!
GB-her other deal fell thru this time....oh well, we will just have to try again! :)
 
i just read a article in muscle mag i think and there was a interview with some pro who had kidney faliure and it said his doc said it wasnt for all of his anabolic use but from the masive quantities of advil and aleve he was takin on a daily basis when i find the mag ill post more details
