hey fellas, I want to start by commenting you on your site, very nice. I have been lifting for around 8 years, primarely for football, but now I am done playing. I am 6'4" and weigh around 280-290. I have used cycles in the past mainly d-bol, sust, test prop & cyp, and primo depot. My body fat is around 16-19% I think. My question is this: I want to cut up and would like some info on how to do it properly and need help. I would like to know the best supplements, the right juice, and should there be any changes in my lifting routines. any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Welcome Youngblood24, my suggestions are to read read read on this board....

The best cutting cycle around is the Tren, prop, winny combo.

75mgs tren eod
100mg prop eod
50mg winny eod

Check the site for this type of stack and it will give you more details on what to do what days. I am not an expert but can tell you that much. Good luck. Again welcome

My advice to you, is to put together what you think you should or want to do for all the things you asked about, then post it for us to critique it for you.

That is much easier then me writing a novel about dieting..... not too mention I would probably put you to sleep with all my babbling....
 
Welcome. A profina mixture w/ winny yielded the best results for me by far.

Some sups you may want to consider are clen and T3 if you're looking to cut.

Also, post you're workouts and diet so we can help with that.

If you've done some cycles before, you probably already know that the right supps/juice alone are not gonna make you cut.

Your first priority will have to be your diet! Let's hear what it is now...calories, macro breakdown, and a daily meal plan. If you're sitting at 16-19%, it obviously hasn't been too clean. No problem though...you're bulking sounds like it worked. :D Throw out your current diet/supps. Then, we'll work on a cutting diet.

Next biggie is your cardio program. What are you doing now?

IMO, you can drop your BF without AS no problem but if you decide to cycle now, it will definitely help you maintain muscle while you're carb depleting and burning all those calories.
 
I'll be honest, my diet sucks right now. In the past my bulk diet consisted of oatmeal for breakfast with usually a bannana or apple, lunch consisted of tuna in one form or another, and dinner was either baked, grilled, or fried chicken or a steak. I would also sometimes bake hamburger in the oven for lunch or dinner to. Most days I would through a potatoe in for dinner as well. In between was usually a protien shake twicce a day along with creatine. Then throw in the juice, usually a bulker. Back in the day I would keep my cardio to a min. to keep from buring to many calories.

I would love advice on a diet for my new routine. And I do plan to cycle and would like advice on that as well. I figured winny, and have already planned for that, but I have always stayed fairly low key with the juice. Meaning, like with sust for example, I never used more than 500mg per week and more often then not just 1 cc, D-bol was usually 20mg a day, fairly mild when compared to some users.

I would also like to use some over the counter supplements as well and would like to know what has worked for other members. Such as Slimbueteral, or Hydroxycut, or Zantrx 3 or what for weightloss.

Again all the help I could get would br greatly appreciated fellas.
 
Also if anyone would like help with bulking, that is my more comfortable area, and I would be more than happy to share any secrets I have with you!

You can and should stay with your low dosages when cutting..... Because the gear is mostly just to help you keep your muscle.
Use a base of test (prop is a good choice if you don't mind EOD injects) and keep it in a fairly low dose. Maybe 100-150mg EOD. Then you can add your winny to that. As mentioned above, Test Prop, winny, and Tren (AKA Fina) make a great cutting cycle.

To speed up the cutting process you may want to add Clen and Ephedrine. Use clen for 2 weeks, then Ephedrine for 2 weeks. Go back and forth throughout your diet. This should give you good results, and not too many sides.
 
Thanks for the advice. Now what over the counter supplements do you guys recommend or are nay needed other than protein?
 
Since you want to run gear during your cutting phase, I would have to suggest clen and T3 (of course you have to cycle the clen with an ECA every 2 weeks). Bump up your cardio to 45 minutes 4-5 days a weeks and clean up your diet. You'll be dropping fat with the quickness.
