Man what a disappoint leg day was tonight. My energy level was way down (maybe due to low carbs? duh! lol) I was getting fatigued halfway through my 1st working sets on everything! Then on top of all that, as MarkM has mentioned our gym is in shambles, been training all week with no mirror and dammit how do I know if my hair gets messed up now?!?!?!?!!?
