Hello everyone, I'm new to the board. I've been reading here for a while and I finally gathered up the balls to be a member and make a post. My therapist says that stuff like this is good for me. J/k. Anyway, I'm 22 years old, 6 foot, 200, been lifting for 4.5 years. Not looking to cycle yet, just learning and now participating. Like some of you I have just started the Doggcrapp routine, and so far it's pretty intense. I'm excited to try something new for once. But, today I was doing the leg workout and I had a tough time figuring out how to do the quad stretch. It felt like the cartilage in my knees was disintegrating (pain). Anyone have a good way to explain how to do this one?

Welcom P-ATL!
The best way I would describe that stretch is more like an exageratted sissy-squat. I think if you concentrate on driving the knees downward it may alleviate some of the stress on them.

Hey, it's wonderfull that you decided to take the plunge and post away. I hope you post more. Learn, learn, learn

Okay Kid, thanks. Once I am down in the sissy squat position (knees not over my toes). From there I lean back? Then go up on my toes? I think when I was doing it last time, my knees were going out over my toes (knee destruction city). Do you start out with your knees behind the bar, like you are more underneath it, instead of in front of it? I know this is hard to talk about without actually seeing it.
