Never taken it myself but for those who do just wanted to throw this out there. I have a nursing drug handbook that says "Patient Teaching: Make sure patient understands importance of compliance: Tell him to take thyroid hormones at the same time each day, preferably before breakfast, to maintain constant hormone levels. Suggest morning dose to prevent insomnia."


Just thought this may be helpful to some since for winny, anavar, dbol etc. you try and spread it out all day. Apparently thyroid should be done differently.

I agree to a point. I take it in the morning and before diner everyday otherwise 80mcg at once can be a serious issue for most including myself. Good advice for lower doses.

Yes......

Your largest dosage should be first thing in the A.M. For instance, if your taking 100mcg/day, you would take 50mcg first thing in the A.M., then 25mcg mid-afternoon and another 25mcg approx. an hour before you hit the sheets at night. Its best to take it 3 times a day, approx 5-7 hours apart for best results. Hope this helps.
