Monday Morn fullness

Its 4am Monday morning--- starting 3rd week of diet,
I had a mini-carb fest yesterday and WOW! do I feel full and tight right now.
I feel rejuvenated for a week of great training.....only 28 weeks to go!
man dont the time fly when you rhungry and having fun!

well its 20 weeks to my warm-up then another 7 to the big show I want to do.
I want to get in decent shape so the last 6 six weeks wont be a night mare.
But to answer you.... HELL YEA its long term! Im trying to keep my good humor about it too!
One minute I think I need to put on some more size, then the next I think I need to get into shape ASAP....but Im sticking with a plan. Just headgames Im daling with right now, I'll get better.
