All of my meals lately have been cheat meals. if I don't tighten up i will be the goodyear blimp on the beach this year!!!
Pizza and rootbeer for lunch.
mine isnt really a "cheat meal" more like a cheat feast, but pizza is a big one, but ill occasionally eat a whole german chocolate cake with a ton of milk, but i usually only crave fast food, not so much sweets.
how come when i get out of the gym i crave sweets or junk food, i used to give in and smash a box of lil debbies pb bars but now i still gotta have some oj when i leave.its like i need sugar asap or something.
