All of my meals lately have been cheat meals. if I don't tighten up i will be the goodyear blimp on the beach this year!!!
Pizza and rootbeer for lunch.

Damn I should have gotten that. What do you get for a cheat? I get the Grilled Stuffed Steak meal with the nachos and some Mountain Dew baby!!!

TB in general is all cheat food...you know it's bad food if you only want it when you're drunk, huh.

But I always get the same stuff: nacho bellgrande, 7-layer b, chick soft t, and for dessert-2 bean b's.

mine isnt really a "cheat meal" more like a cheat feast, but pizza is a big one, but ill occasionally eat a whole german chocolate cake with a ton of milk, but i usually only crave fast food, not so much sweets.

how come when i get out of the gym i crave sweets or junk food, i used to give in and smash a box of lil debbies pb bars but now i still gotta have some oj when i leave.its like i need sugar asap or something.
