So what kind do you eat, regular or natural? I've seen mixed reviews on the good fat/bad fat issue between the 2.

i use natural peanut butter now and love it. It's not as smooth and creamy as the regular, but at least there isn't any trans fats added.

I eat regular but I've been bulking for like forever. When I go back to cutting I will probably rethink that.

NATURAL. More protein, less bad fat, and takes the aspertame fake sweetness out of protein when mixed in shakes.

im weird i like goober, with th jelly already mixed in, or if not that then crunchy jif and raspberry preserves jam on wheat.

I'm all about the natural peanut butter, once you start using it, regular peanut butter just doesn't cut it, I love the natty PB

I go through a can of natty PB every 2 weeks. I get most of my fat from it. And never get tired of the taste. I don't even like regular anymore.

You have to check the ingredients to see the diff.
Natural PB doesn't contain hydrogenated oil (ie., trans fatty acids) which keeps the oil from separating in regular PB.
Also, natural PB usually has less sugar content even though fat & total carbs may be the same.
