If you have never had pierogies, I highly recommend them.

3 pierogies = 30 carbs, 4.5 fat, 3 protien

A pierogies is dumplin or ravioli looking item that has mashed potato filling.
To prepare merely boil in water with some olive oil added, rain and eat.

There not low GI but if thats not a worry, these little babies are delicious.

You can make them yourselves or save hours of trouble get them in the frozen foods section. Mrs T's make a pretty damn good pierogie!

I'll bet Kidrok knows what Im talking about, dont ya? If you dont, I'll tell you where you can find them in your home town , Onieda county and beyond...

At first I thought that said pigion.......I was thinking that was kind of like eating a flying rat then I realized what you were talking about......

Those things are great. I haven't had them in a long time.

What?!?! You don't put sketti sauce on them. In fact, you don't even like them!

I love them but I have to put butter, sour cream & parm cheese on them. So I try not to make them too often.
 
just had some of these last week!! you never hear of anyone eating them. they are good....i bet if i tried i could probably eat the whole bag too. but i've got to be good.
 
i love them, i boil them and then brown them in a skillet, eat them with sour cream.the potato and cheese are the best.

my wife cooks them in a frying pan with a little butter and olive oil, then we sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top add a little sour cream, and then it's over the lips and past the gums, look out stomach, here it comes!!!
