am pretty lean already , need like 6 weeks to get back to 7 % bf ...so i start in april 1st week .

i think this year im gonna start doing cardio and just eat cleaner. ill start in march try not to diet down so much this year and let the cardio take off the fat. d

Sometime in April. Hey anyone know of the best place to find out when shows are. I went to the npc and they didn't even have two shows that I know are done every year here in MS and TN. I want to find something in Memphis area or TN or something in North MS (I live in Horn Lake which is right outside of Memphis, TN). Thanks bros.

Just started this week. Tren, and prop. 750 mgs of prop and about 500 mgs of tren EW. I'm going to go with this one for 16 weeks.
