Female competitors

How many female competitors frequent this forum or how many trainers work with females?
I have taken on a "project" as a female friend of mine wants to compete in her 1st BB show this June. I have agreed to help her out with training and diet (I am NOT being paid other than getting original music from her husband for my show).
I just need to know who I can count on for advice when I need to determine differences between male and female contest prep.

I'm about to do my first show and I can tell you that Randy's helping me out; its still a bit of trial and error but I'll chime in when I can and let you know what works for me.

KR-- Ivesuccessfully trained my wife for Powerlifting and Figure comps. Id be glad to share anything I may be able to offer you in the way of advice or opinion.
