I squatted today-But My legs felt OK afterward. I did heavy weights 365 parallel on a smith but. I did not beat the muscle to death. I could still walk ok. I did 2 other exercises too but never got to puking intensity. Just wanted to confess. I will do better next time promise. I think I am going to get a MP3 player-any suggestions?
 
yea legs are a bitch especially if nobody to train and push ya.
I have just started heavy leg training again and there growing but not like when I had bro similar size and strength to help push me past plateaus.

I feel like shit when I train legs and don't push myself but its hard.

Ugh....I've been a puss the last several months with legs. My knee's are pretty jacked up but feeling a lot better so I started my serious leg excercises back up last week. I can still squat 315lbs ass to floor for a good 10-12 reps but my legs look like shit. Soft, no cuts what so ever.

I'm going to be pounding the shit out of them for the next few months. I want some new legs for summertime. lol. Puking here I come...I miss those days...lol
 
I like to either puke or have to be carried or crawl to my car after a good leg workout.
Which ever comes first, than I know I did 100% effort.

do you always squat in the smith machine? if you do, i would urge you to get into a squat rack and do them instead. even if you have to drop the weight until you become stable under the bar. i don't like the motion of using the smith machine, it feels like you're pushing against the bars on the side instead of up.
 
I squat in the cage eo week depending if I do deads or not. When I am not in precontest diet mode I will do both in a week. But at this point I can't.
