I just wanted to tell you guys that there is some great info about IGF-1 in Dave Polumbo's column in MD this month!!

I read it last night and it is VERY interesting..... Go get that mag...

If I remember, I may post the whole thing here on the weekend..... If not tho... go get the mag!

Well written article by Dave. I read it last night and was impressed with the detail he put in the article. I have to admit I'm not that informed about IGF-1, because I didn't think I'd ever use it, but the more I read about it the more interested I'm becoming.

Crank, if you can get it posted that would be helpful to others.

After reading a few of Dave's columns, I can see why he never turned Pro, I would double and triple check any advice from him.

You have to be kidding bro..... Most of the advice I see coming from Dave is great if not brilliant! He knows his stuff man.

I agree with u bro, alot of his advice is good. I personally am following his cycle advice and getting better results then ever before. I wrote to him at his email on his website and he wrote me back 2 times now. I first asked him about the best wat to run my cycle, and the 2nd time i asked him about igf-1, and to my surprise he wrote me back both times with very good advice. I dont agree with how he reccomends taking clen, and t3, but the rest of what he says is pretty good, plus not only is the gu a freak, but he has 3 years of med school behind him.

HE TALKS ABOUT BEING on clen and t3 for anywhere from 12-16 weeks str8, which IMO is crazy.
