Hey bros, i'm starting my animal's 2nd cycle, wanna bulk him up. he's 20yrs, 6'1" , 190lbs. I had plan on a 14wk cycle like this:

1-4wks 40mg dbol ED
1-2wks 750mg test cyp
3-14wks 500mg test cyp
1-14wks 300mg nandrolone prop
.25mg adex ED if needed
pcr
nova
clomid
hcg

I just come in to some test prop and nandrolone deca and wanted to throw them in. thinking of this

1-4wks 40mg dbol ed
1-2wks 750mg test cyp
3-12wks 500mg test cyp
13-15wks 150mg test prop EOD
1-2wks, 13-15wks 300mg nandrolone prop
1-12wks 400mg nandrolone deca
pcr

I would add the test prop 1-2wks but allready started the cyp frontload. What do you guys think? stick with what i got or switch or what? Thanks... SD

looks pretty good. what kind of calories are you taking in daily? if it's a bulker, make sure you eat like there's no tommorrow to take advantage of everything you're using.
 
Looks good to me man...weeks 1 and 2 might be a little overkill but probably okay.
I have always started cycles out a little bit mild and build to a steady level because I am skeptical about very rapid strength increases....might cause injury but that may be reaching a little. I know alot of guys frontload an assload and have no problems




Thanks bro, but what did you like the 1st or 2nd cycle? this is the first time trying a frontload, wanna to see if there was any advantage to it... SD

Last time i figured out calories it was around 6000 or more, with at least 450-500g protein in there. eat around 1000cals each meal 6-8x a day. I don't really count cals when bulking, just make sure to get the protein and eat ashit load of carbs and some fat.

So what cycle 2nd?... SD
 
First off. What did you run your first cycle and what were your gains on that. I think you could get by with less gear especially because of your age, height, and weight. One thing people get caught up in is trying to gain as much weight as possible, like 30 lbs in three months, and then just pissing it all away. Consistent gains that can be kept are much better than yo-yoing up and down. Also i would save the prop for the end of cycle to make your transition to PCT more smooth. So at the end of wk 14 after your last cyp shot, Run 100 mg prop eod for 2 wks. Then start your PCT.

First cycle was

1-3wks 50mg anadrol ed
1-12wks 300mg nandrolone prop
5-10wks 500mg aratest

gained and keep 30lbs
 
I have to agree with Aesop in that you could probably get by with less, assuming that this is your second cycle. Your only 20 years old so there is no point in overdoing it.
