Just arrived...plz adivise

Great forum, i'm old skool, 36 .....about 5'6" , weigh 200 lbs....
Lookin for the shortest path to get cut...if i need to grow some , that's cool, but i need really need some definition, most of my freinds suggest some deca only for 8 weeks, 400 mg for immediate results....one claims deca only for 6 weeks, 200mg , no excerise did the trick for him..plz explain:arcade:
 
no disrespect bro, but your friends dont know shit about cycling bro, deca by itself causes lots of problems, such as a limp dick, and water retention...it is definatly not the drug for a cutting cycle...

the best way to loose the weight is through diet and exercise, very few steroids actually promote fat loss. the steroids like var and masteron work better when your already at a low fat percentage, my advice to you is, NOT to use deca and to try changing your diet and increasing you excerise...MM
 
Cutting is mainly diet and cardio. get those down right 1st then you can throw in supplements to help further. I would suggest an ECA if you can get it or some clen initially. Then and only then, if you're set that you need to use aas, then some test prop and winny would be much more effective than deca.

You should really start by getting your diet and training in check to lose the fat you want to lose..... Do not do a deca only cycle!


Start with the proper diet and training.... If that is setup right and the results are too slow, then try adding some ECA to speed things up a bit..... This alone should produce some good results. Jumping on some steroids is not the answer like most people may think. I am not trying to be a hypocrit, because yes I do use AAS, but if I had never used them before and wasn't sure how, I definitely would not try them for the first time for cutting..... Cutting naturally is totally obtainable. So I suggest you take our advice, then if you want to try AAS, do some research get things in order and maybe try it for a bulking cycle later.
 
Like the other guys said,diet and cardio.Drugs are just "tools" which can help but you still gotta put the work in on nutrition and training 1st.

All your responses are great. thanx for info.....i think my friends theory behind the deca cycle is this.......if your small or medium built wit room to grow (and deca promotes muscle mass) then bulking up or building muscle first would, in fact, burn some fat off....like i said, it was his thoery and supposedly it worked for him......
I've read alot you guys post and replies here.....i will take your advice......
one more question....when should i have my last meal for the day? it will mostly be seven meals broken down thru out the day but time is appropiate?
 
What time are you going to bed and waking up? I've seen a particularly interesting diet that starts at 6:00am and ends at 9:00pm.

This is a tremendous diet. I don't expect that you would eat all of that but it's shows a decent breakdown of time.
 
when Im trying to cut I get all my carbs in early in the day but I do have protein right before bed.The slower digesting the protein the better,just watch the carbs!!

I usually will have no carbs within 4 hours of my anticipated bedtime and will have my last meal in the form aof a protein shake about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs before bed.

Shawn Ray's cutting diet is great for someone using no supps. What is your diet plan for cutting?
