Lee Haney's Championship Workout

Anybody ever watch Lee Haney's Championship Workout on Television back in the day (1989-90 or so?). I use to watch it all the time. Lee is a big and funny dude! Used to have Dr. Pete on their with him among other guests also -I remember Boyer Coe and Shawn Ray were on it once or twice.
I thought Lee Haney was the man!!!

watched it religiously. He was a great rep for our sport, very well spoken and I don't even need to mention the motivational aspects of his physique!

I wish they would bring back some shows like this on cable. you'd think it would draw enough of a viewing crowd.

i like to watch the workouts on tv...i really miss the kiana toms workouts though

It would be cool if they would show some of the repeats....not only was he a big mo'fo but he was funny as hell. He was always making comments to his workout partner...especially since the partner would have the last set.
Lee would be in the middle of a set...really grinding one out, then look at the camera and say" I think I'm gonna go pro!".

I went to the Olympia in 1995 at Atlanta. He was the guest MC for the night show...he was very entertaining to say the least. I remember when Dorian came out and Lee introduced him saying,"You wanna talk about mass?? This guy has got stuff hanging all over him!!" Dorian posed to some heavy, energizing music and as he left the stage Lee was saying " Thats the kind of music you train to if you want mass-ain't no twinkletoe music for MASS!!!!" Everbody was crackin' up.
