i'm sure you other girls feel my pain.
i'm so sick of being stared at in the gym. i always wear headphones & avoid eye contact but that doesn't stop the occasional tap-tap on the shoulder by some jackass..."yes, i workout almost everyday: no, i'm not training for anything in particular, & yes, i most definately have plans this weekend!"
jeez, trust me when i say i don't wear anything provocative, just sweats & a xl t-shirt.
i don't mean to be a bitch but these people that rely on the gym for their social outings are really annoying to me.
i'm so jealous of you guys with your own equipment.

I'm not a famale but I really do feel for ya..... I totally understand what your saying since I train seriously and hate to be interrupted....... The fact that anyone bothers you while your wearing headphones, gives you the right to be a bitch... If I were you I would tell them where to go, and never to bother me while I am working out again...... You have every right to.....

My wife gets the same shit, but Im usually right there to give a dirty look at them and tell my wife "your set - lets go!" if that doesnt work I aquire a more irratated tone and say "Dude let the girl train" ....end of conversation

I think that's the problem. My boyfriend & I have different gyms as well as schedules.
Most guys are complete gentlemen but there's always a couple hangin' around that figure you are fair game if you're working out alone. It's usually the ones you only see once every other week, lol.

Yeah Cakes I sympathize for ya. i do my best not to stare or make a girl feel uneasy when she is training. I hate being interupted so I respect others privacy and goal achieving to the fullest.
I am really considering getting a shirt made up that says something like
"Leave me the Phuck alone...I am Training!!"

It's a shame some numb nuts are in the gym to gaze and b.s. instead of working out. My wife goes with a couple of girlfriends and that deters the hits. Just my 2cc's.

yes I hate it when men try and conversate with me. It is very annoying. But lately, I haven't been haven't that problem. I think everyone knows Presser is my husband and he sometimes he has this don't fuck with me look--so they get the point....don't mess with my woman...LOL
