gains from cycle

Ok, i know this guy from the gym who is using 300 mg a week of test, and 250 mg a week of deca. He said he started at 203 lbs and he is into week 6 of the cycle and he only weighs 9 lbs more.

Are these good results? For the amount of gear used?
 
yeah thats not bad gains , but he WILL gain more if he eats more . still 1.5 lbs a week is good , but he can much much better on all that gear .
 
Of course, tell him to get enough protein but also a lot of carbs. I was stuck at a weight plateau and THOUGHT I was getting enough carbs. I had some with every meal. I wrote down everything I ate for a few days and computed the necessary values. I was getting plenty of protein but 1/2 to 3/4 of the recommended carbs. I upped the carbs and the growing started again. It's a lot of food to put away, but when you start growing again you'll be happy and get pumped about eating, even though you feel like puking!
 
i would say those are probably the results he could expect taking those doses. the doses are fairly low but he's responding. if he thinks his weight should be more then he needs to either up the AAS or food intake.

Is this his 1st cycle? Those are low doses even if it is, IMO. 9 lbs isn't bad though in 6 weeks. Hopefully, he's running it at least 10 or 12?
 
He is running it for 10 weeks, i think. I'm not sure if this is his first, i didnt ask. He seemed happy with the gains so far. I just thought that 9 lbs on aas didnt seem like a whole lot, but then agian the doses arent really high so...
