THE way he reccomends running the clen, is start at 1 pill perday, and then increase it by 1 pill every 2 weeks until u reach 6 pills, and dont go over that, so that would make it what 12 weeks straight on clen? and then in the march 2003 MD he says that he uses t3 for the entire 12 weeks leading up to a show starting at 12.5 mcgs per day and increasing by half a tab every 2 weeks.

did he say if they were super clen with or if used ketofin? i wonder how he can manipulate his diet or if he even has to. just up the dose and eat the same?
 
I've heard that clen only works for about 2 weeks and after that it is little to no effect on you. Is this true? Anyone know something different?
 
I have personally run clen for longer than 2 weeks, and still seen results, and im not sure what his diet is but i know he stays very lean all year round so theres not really much "precontest" stuff in his regimen.
