weak chest

I've known my chest was lagging behind the rest of my development for a while now but never really let it bug me too much (haven't really thought about going on stage anyway)...

well started working out with a new partner and I am stronger in almost everything, except chest... he is "outbenching" me by about 100 pounds... I mean I knew my chest was behind but c'mon, that's just sad...

I actually don't care that much about the strength difference, I'm not a powerlifter... but my chest is just lacking fullness and now seeing someone so close in everything else being that much ahead on chest just made me realize how far I have to go...

so looking for any advise anyone may have on bringing up a lagging body part without overtraining ???

try this, it's simple and shouldn't overtrain the group

3 sets each exercise (not including warms up)

flat bench press
inclined db presses
flys
dips

pre-burn method

3-4 sets flys (slow and controlled)
flat bench press
inclined db flys
dips (if you can do them afterwards)

simple an effective
