no response from researchkits.com

I placed an order 2 weeks ago for some liquidex and have yet to receive it. I emailed them 3 or 4 times and have not got a response. has anyone had this happened and know what to do?

I heard their service was very poor lately. One of the other boards I am on quit supporting them because they screwed some of our members over.

I use to get great service from them, don't know what happened!

They should be caught up with orders. Email chem with your order and shipping info and he'll get it straitend out. If you have any problems reaching him let me know and I'll forward your message.
