HGH-mex

I know people who have driven in and bought humatrope by Lily. About 6.60 a unit. That is legal as well, it is not a controlled sub.

im lost? whats not controlled to bring back to the states? hgh? maybe im missing something

correct presser, HGH is not a controlled sub. meaning it is not scheduled like AAS, its like buying clomid or humalog, or t3 in mexico, you can legally declare up to a 3 months supply when coming back and they cant do shit. I have seen this first hand. Had a border guard ask me "so you didnt buy any steroids in mexico, huh?" nope i replied. she said " so what do you do with this?" i said "doctors orders" to blow her off and that was the end of it. the bottom line is i dont have to tell them shit cuz its not doing anything wrong.

Or to avoid the hassle you can just pack it, however if they do find something legal that you failed to declare they can (if they are dicks) take it if they find it at that point. dumb rule.

dont u legaly need a U.S script though to import from there to here, that was aways my understanding bro,

I will go check but i have personally declared ancillaries many times with no script, think about all the people bringing back soma's and shit, if its not controlled its just limited to a 3 month supply, but i have seen border guards bitch about what constitutes a 3 months supply. They will outright tell you the limit of soma is 100 pills. and that doesnt work out to 3 months, but its not like they pay enought to get very bright people.

From the FDA
http://www.fda.gov/ora/import/traveler_alert.htm
FDA personnel may use their discretion to allow entry of shipments of violative FDA regulated products when the quantity and purpose are clearly for personal use, and the product does not present an unreasonable risk to the user. Even though all products that appear to be in violation of statutes administered by FDA are subject to refusal, FDA personnel may use their discretion to examine the background, risk, and purpose of the product before making a final decision. Although FDA may use discretion to allow admission of certain violative items, this should not be interpreted as a license to individuals to bring in such shipments.

FromCustoms

A new bill was recently passed by Congress that amends a portion of the Controlled Substances Act (21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border. These medications must be declared upon arrival, be for your own personal use and in their original container. However, travelers should be aware that drug products which are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration may not be acceptable for such importation. FDA warns that such drugs are often of unknown quality and discourages buying drugs sold in foreign countries. For further information visit the FDA'S Office of Regulatory Affairs Website.

but customs is who you are dealing with at the border not the fda
and the customs page says up to 50 units of a controlled sub. woohoo! this wont work for vet gear though.

any lawyers up in here? maybe rick collins could clarify once and for all how to handle the border legally.

so back to my point, you can bring back HGH as it is APPROVED by the FDA cuz Humatrope is sold in the U.S. The unapproved by the FDA drugs is where it gets touchy
