Squats Alternative

hacks keep ur back supported, other then that I would say leg presser with legs wide and high this way it hits ur ass and outer quads as well, then legs in and close together to finish off the rest of the legs, no real replacement for squats in one other exercise but you can peice together other legs exercises to compensate

At my gym I have a ez squat bar. I went thru a major shoulder injury then surgery. I could not get my arm int position for the squat for over a year. This bar is great . You can do squats with your arms at your sides. I will look for a link for the bar and post it. It is great.
 
power squat with a machine and get a spotter..that might help too.
 
I would go with trap bar deadlifts works the legsgreat if done on a platform like a 45 plate need your own bar though. leg press is a great one too.
