Cutliss it's good to hear you're anxious to grow. Hard training, good diet and maybe something helpful like ZMA before bed and/or creatine couldn't hurt. It will probably be awhile before you plateu at your age with high hormone levels of test, gh, etc so there is no point messing up your body when you have the perfect environment right now for growing.
Use major mass movements, squat, bench, military press, deadlifts, etc and keep the rep range in between 8-12 with high weight.
Eat as often as you can (try) to eat at LEAST 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and try to get a bunch quality carbs in there too.
