tripping from norabol??

i got some Norandrostenedione from a friend. It was from a site on the internet, and must have been a couple years old. it was powder instead of pills (the website doesnt sell powder anymore) and it said take 1-2 rounded scoops 30 minutes prior to excercising. It didnt come with a scooper, so yesterday morning at 8:30 i took a teaspoon of the stuff, but it was so old there were chunks of the powder. I must have take way more than i was supposed to. by 8:55 i felt really dizzy and light headed. I thought it would pass, as i was about to enter the gym, it got worse, so i went back to the parking lot, and sat in my truck, i started hallucinating and throwing up. i was seeing tracers and my vision was double. it was getting worse and worse. i had to be rushed to the hospital, they made me drink a charcol milkshake and put me on an iv of potassium. they put 4 liters of it into my blood in four hours, then 3.5 more liters through the night. i told the doc what i did, and he didnt believe me. they thought i took some kinda of drug like acid or ectasy. He said my sodium levels were about 6 times lower than normal. Im having that Norandrostenedione sent to a lab just to make sure thats what it was. has anyone ever heard of anything like this? I hadnt taken any illegal drugs recently. And i even took the powder on a full stomach.

Crap bro that some scary stuff. So the doctors didn't ask to see the stuff you took or anything? They just released you and that was it?

Let us know what it comes up as when they test it. I'm not sure how testing goes but you may have to let them know what you want it tested for. I know people send bottles off sometimes to find out the dosing of (for instance) an injectable but they ask it to be tested for something such as testosterone cypionate, nandrolone decanoate, etc.

Who was it sold by and what company made it? I'd get in contact with that company and let them know what happened if not to get some free stuff out of them but to prevent it from happening to others. You could also call up a civil lawyer and I'm sure those (greedy) people would love to go after a supp. company and win themselves and you some money. It's some things to think about....

massquantities is who made it, but they dont sell that Norandrostenedione by itself anymore, now its in capsules. My friends dad bought alot of it, and gave the rest to his son. he put alot of it in a different bottle, and the other bottle was sealed. my friend gave me to opened one. and i broke the seal on the first one to check to make sure it was the same shit. (i didnt test both) but they had the same smell and looked exactly alike. i think over the years moisture accumulated in the open bottle that i took, and rocked up some of the power. i accidently ate one of those rocks, and it tasted the same as the powder, real chemical like. could one of the ingrediants have gotten all absorbed into one of those chunks? throughout the years, if that makes sense at all? The sealed bottle (which was a pharmacy pill bottle by the way) had a printed label on it that said Norandrostenedione 20 grams. Then it said take 1-2 rounded scoops (50mg each scoop) before working out like i said there was no included scooper. Could this be pure Norandrostenedione that your supposed to take just a tiny bit of? i figured there must be some kind of filler in it, cause i dont think the average joeanyone can measure 50mg accurately. plus that would be 400 doses if there was no filler. if it was pure then im sure i ate about 750mg-1gram. jeezus. but my dicks still working. although i did notice major shrinkage of my nuts while i was tripping. but they came right back a couple hours later. jeezus this is starting to freak me out.

also i forgot to mention i am prescribed to meds i take daily (but didnt take that day) Lamictal 200mg, Xanax XR 1mg, Adderall XR 20mg, nexium 40mg, and my antibiotic Leviquin 500mg.

No offense.......a doc wouldn't prescribe Adderall and Xanax together. One is an amphetamine used to help ADD/ADHD and the people who fall asleep alot (brain fart=forgot the name of them) and the other tablet Xanax are used in people with anxiety problems or hyperactivity. Therefore they would counteract each other. If you had ADD/ADHD and anxiety problems then it's most likely he would put you on Strattera and Concerta which don't affect hyperactivity but help in concentration.

The antibiotics would be for a prostatis infection of pelvic infection. Nexium is either for heartburn with the chance it was prescribed for an ulcer. The leviquin is for people with bipolar disorder/depression.

If you were to be put on all these then I doubt it was the pro-hormone that did it but maybe the fact you didn't take your meds. By the way I'd get a new doc b/c he is causing problems by giving you all this stuff and having to give you meds to fix those problems caused by the other meds. For instance pain meds (sometimes xanax) can cause ulcers and Nexium would be prescribed to help get rid of or prevent the ulcers. The adderall is highly addictive and if you're bipolar you most likely should not be taking it all.


This is just so you know but it could have been the prohormones. I'm just giving you some educated advice.

first off i never take my meds before i work out. and this never has happened before. And i have been on these meds for quite a while without any problems. The ER dr looked up all the info on my meds and checked interactions and said that the high dose of the stuff i took had a extreme effect on my sympathetic nervous system. and the meds im on now also react to that. I dont recall all of what he said too clearly do to the state i was in, but someone who was with me just reminded me that he said that.
One weird thing though, when i ran a cycle of deca this summer, i took a shot one morning and got real light headed (and felt sort of the same way i did yesterday) for a couple minutes and thought i was going to pass out. Keep in mind i wasnt taking any medication then.
But does this sympathetic reaction make any sense? he might have said non-sympathetic. like i said i cant remember this too clearly.

Don't know how it would affect your sympathetic nervous system which is the autonomic nervous system (ANS) and involuntary. That is basically you're fight or flight insticts but I'm not an MD so what do I know.

Let us know what you find out about that stuff.

i finally found the scooper i was supposed to use, and its about the size of a tic tac, i took a whole teaspoon

I use Deca in a stack at least one cycle a year 300mg/wk with no side effects and I too have a script of Xanax 1mg, Adderall XR 30mg.

well the results came back inconclusive. I think the people at the lab were morons, the guy was like, i think its some sort of home made protein powder WTF!!!. so imma send it somewhere else i got my test, FSH, LH, And DHEA checked. Test, Free and total, = 425, Free test (direct) 13.4, DHEA = 929 (average 208-771), LH = 3.8, and FSH is 3.5. So my DHEA levels are jacked up, any opinions? My nuts are still hurtin and its takin a long time to nut. I have noticed results in the gym. But i have been tired alot lately.

Take note this was just last wednesday when i got these levels checked. so who knows what they were at when it happened. Also my test was 250 three monthes ago (finished hcg and clomid therapy, Prior to that it was at 70 :-( this summer i kinda went over the edge on the juice...... but anyways,, what do you think

If Norabol is anything like a real steroid, then one possible reason for your tripping out is because it did a whammy on your blood sugar (especially if you did 100x the normal dose). One of the side effects of manipulating hormone levels is that it can affect your blood sugar levels--especially if you are diabetic. Every once-in-a-while, after my normal shot, I get light-headed too. If I eat something with carbs, I'm usually okay soon after.
