Good ALA comapany?

whats a good ALA (alpha lipoic acid) company. (besides) Anabolical.
I want the good kind. I really enjoy taking ala, it gives me very good pumps. also i am think there are more then one kind of ALAs can anyone reflect on that please. THanks

presser are u talking bout the pumps bro. i remember i read a few articles about ALA, and seemed that alpah lipoic acid has the ability transfer nutirents to muscle cells. ALA is the main ingredient of "Cell Tech" along with creatine. 1500mg of ALA alone with 50grams of Maltodextrine and about 20 grams of protein should give give u a very good pump pre, post workout.

thnx for the site bro but i would prefer to get some high dose ala site, i take up to 1500mg with most of my meals.

The link I posted was for r-ALA, which is much better than ALA IMO. Much less is required for the same effect, thus the lower dose. read up on it....I don't doubt you'll switch.

thanx

thnx guys i appreciate it, so let me get it straight i did some research and found as u guys told me that rala is stronger then sala but now i am trying to find the effectiveness ration between the two. i am still looking for more cheaper places so if anyone got more spots for the hook up please post.

r-ala is roughly 3x as potent as ala. you also want to take biotin with r-ala, so glucorell is good in that respect.

Glucorell is a great product, but it is still cheaper to buy any of the other products and buy your biotin separately, still beats Glucorell's price. But if you want an all in one procuct Gluorell is the way to go.

I've used both the Gluccorell and the 1 fast400 stuff, both are great products so u really cant go wrong.
