cutting with proviron,deca and winny ??

I got this cycle out of Anabolics 2002 by William Llewellyn and was wondering if you could tell me if its a good cycle or not , its is

Proviron 50mg ED , Deca 200mg EW and Winstrol Tabs 20mg ED
Run for ten weeks.

Im looking to get cut for the summer while maintaining and even possibly gaining muscle, using this and I am 200 lbs with about 15 % bodyfat at the moment.

Im gonna follow this diet also :

Day 1: 300 grams carbs, 200 grams protein, 50 grams fat
Day 2: 100 grams carbs, 300 grams protein, 50 grams fat
Day 3: 100 grams carbs, 300 grams protein, 50 grams fat
Day 4: 400 grams carbs, 200 grams protein, 50 grams fat

If the cycle isnt gonna be good could u help me with an alternative the gear i can get safely is , deca, anavar, primbolan depot and tabs , winny depot and tabs, proviron, test proprionate and sust. also clen and T3s.

No, ive used deca (200mg EW), Sust (500mg EW) and Dbol (25mgED) for a few cycles throughout the last year. Also used Test proprionate for a month last summer, like the prop but found it a little expensive to do eod for a fair cycle..

how does my diet look , will it be ok for my stats? im looking to get down to about 7 % bf over the next 12 weeks.

I don't understand you diet...it looks like you're trying to cycle your carbs too or something....why are you going up and down like that? Are you doing that anabolic diet thing?

I'd just eat a steady amount of carbs/protein/fat that up and down crap never seems to make sense with the exception of cutting up and 1x a wk eating a ton of carbs to speed metabolism again.

Proviron seems too high. I'd break a 25mg tab in 1/2 and take it am/pm.

Deca is okay at 200mg and based on your weight/experience.

Winstrol seems too low a dose and run too long. It's an oral so it won't be as potent as an injectable. You also never want to stay on an oral C-17 for 10 wks b/c of the efx on the liver. I would take at the very least 30mg per day (10mg am, noonish, pm) for the last 6 wks of the cycle. If I were you I would get the injectable though and use it M, W, F for the last @7 wks (3 shots per week x 7 wks is 21ml so it would be just under 7 wks). I'd always prefer an injectable.

You could also take a low dose of T3 throughout the cycle if you wanted to be a lil' sloppy with the diet and help drop your BF% from 15% to a nice summery 7-10%.

You could also do the clen 2wks on/off throughout the cycle or towards the end and continue running it after the cycle ends and put it with you PCT (post cycle therapy) to help fat loss and prevent muscle loss (anti-catabolic). The clen/T3 stack is amazing at burning fat so keep that in mind.

Try doing a lil' cardio too. Maybe just 5-10 minutes at the end of your workouts. Drink lots of water and/or cranberry and buy something like milk thistle to help liver out. Drop alot of the simple sugars and flour products out of the diet with exception of after you train to replenish glycogen stores used during working out. Don't have carbs with your last meal before bed so you're body wont store them.

Did that help ya'? You're cycle is a good one esp for the summer. Dropping from 15% to 7% is no easy task esp in 12 wks. Keep that in mind when contemplating the cardio...lol.

They call it a Ketogenic diet and ive seen a lot of articles on it and the reasoning behind the diet seems good so i thought id give it a go , do u think a regular High protein, low carb, low fat diet would be more effective?

Given my stats would amount of protein,carbs and fat should i eat and what amount of calories should i eat? would u be able to give me an example of how i should do , i mean how should i lower my protein,carbs etc throughout the diet?

sorry for all the questions just this is my first time having a serious shot at cutting and I want to make sure i get it right.
 
Yeah it seems similar to the anabolic diet that (I think) Dan Duchaine (or somebody) proposed years ago.

I've never tried it so I can't give you my opinion on it or it's efficacy. It looks like it could work but I'd rather just take in a medium amount of carbs, high protein, medium fat diet. I have a hard enough time constantly remembering what time to eat next and what to eat, how much water I've drank/need to drink, what time to wkout, what injections I need to do, what supplements I need to take, so on and so on...

If cutting I'd recommend (for you 200 lbs) 300-400 grams (1200-1600 calories) of protein to help prevent loss of muscle, 200 grams (800 calories) of carbs and maybe 20-40 (180-360 fat calories=high energy) grams of fat (PB, fish oil, CLA, flax...good fats for energy and hormone production).

That should have you taking in roughly 2180-2760 calories a day which is enough. I'd eat at least 30 grams of carbs with all meals (say 4 meals=100 calories) and then take in the majority or (what's left over) 80 carbs after you're workout to replenish glycogen stores.

Just my opinion but depending on your ability to gain muscle, metabolism, etc it could vary and you can make changes as needed. Don't use a scale to determine changes in diet. The scale will tell you a weight but that doesn't help in finding fat loss so get calipers or they should probably do it at the gym you train at for free. The mirror will help too.
