How long does it take EQ and Winstrol?

In the beginning i weighed 190 at 6,1 with about 14% BF. my first cycle was just prop 50 really didnt know what i was doing. the second cycle i took was tes 200 and deca 200 stack. After those two i was weighing about 216 with about 16% BF. i eat about 275grams of protein and about 250 carbs and around 50 grams of fat a day, split up into 6 meals. I didnt like the BF going up so i decided to take a cycle of EQ and Winny. i took 400mg of EQ a week and 50mg of Winny every other day. My question is how long does it take EQ and winny to start working in your system? My last shot was about 3 weeks ago. and im weighing about 207 with 10%BF.

P.S. If you know of any other stacks that have a good cut down in fat let me know. I want to weigh about 215 with about 6% BF when its all said and done.
 
eq could take as long as 5-6 weeks to feel bro, the winny u should know/feel right away

the best stack in my opinion to get lean size would be fina,winny,prop

Thanks for the reply. I was told to use 23gauge 1.5inch needles. all i could get was one inch. do u think that would make a difference? Also when ever i lay in bed before i go to sleep i break out and a huge sweat is that from the EQ?
 
When I first started with Eq it took about 4 and a half weeks. My skin was so oilly the girl I was going out with at the time thought it was disgusting and broke up with me, can you believe that crap!
 
I'm having a problem gaining weight

I can't seem to gain any weight no matter what i eat. All i eat is lean beef, chicken, green vegetables,wheat pasta, oatmeal, bananas, isopure powder, detour bars, and baked potatoes. Every day i eat 6 meals(very rare if i miss a meal) i start out in the morning with 12oz of water 3 scoops of isopure and one cup of oatmeal. 2nd meal 8oz of beef or chicken with 12oz of potatoes(plain( no salt etc.) 3rd meal same as meal number 2. 4th meal same as meal 1. 5th meal another meal 2 and my last meal is a shake with just the isopure and water not that many carbs at night. And i might substitute 2 detour bars for a meal if im busy. and i can also eat all the gr. veggies i want after meals 2,3, and 5. Is there something wrong with my diet or just not eating enough of it.

P.S. I also just got through with a stack of winny and eq about 3 weeks ago. The reason y i dnt eat egg whites, tuna and whole wheat breads is because of the sodium. Does sodium matter?
 
It sounds like you diet is fine, How long did you use the winny and eq for? Plus did you use clomid or something of that nature after you were done? Your probably leveled out on your weight gain for now. Give it a few more weeks and see where your at then. You still may even lose a few pounds before its all said and done. If you want to go further than you are now in weight you may have to cycle again a little further down the road using a test or tren acetate. You can get great gains from tren without the bloat of some tests. Depending on how long you were on your last cycle You should wait at least that long for your next one. There can be some other factors in this like, What is your work out rutine and how much rest are you getting daily. Try getting some clomid or hcg and use that for a few weeks or so that would help some.

these are by far the best cutting stacks and the winny eq stack takes 4 weeks to notice anything but 10% bf is still pretty good bro.
add some clen to your winny,eq stack and you will see what difference that can make and eat clean too, no hamburgers..lol
 
I'll give my opinion on your cycle:

the problem lays in the fact that you want to gain, but choose two aas which are mainly anabolic. Winstrol is known for its strength and making the physique harder. EQ is known for its quality in muscle mass not its quantity. Winstrol is short acting and EQ is longacting. People tend to look at drugs if they are miracle gadgets, they aren't.

A good cycle should consist:

foucs/desire/training/eating/rest.

People tend to forget to eat. Eat large if you want to become large, its your fuel to let muscle grow. If you want to become ripped go just below your maintenance and go high in protien.

In your case, you want to get cut:

a tren/prop/winny combination would be ideal. As you are a beginner I would suggest:

1-8 tren 75 mg eod
1-4 test prop 75 mg eod
4-8 winsny 50 mg eod

Do HIT cardio 3-4 times a week. Train your whole body just 1 time a week, so not twice chest in 1 week.Go high in your protien. In the morning take enough carbs and the beginning of the afternoon. After say 2 oclock go for mainly protien meals. One exception take enough carbs and protien right after training. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. That wasn't my first stack. I took test prop in the beginning and then a tes200 and deca 200 stack and then the winny and eq. I go to the gym 5 days a week twice a day once early in the morning for 25 minutes of cardio and then after school and work i go back to the gym and do a muscle workout routine such as chest monday tris tues. etc. On my diet how long should i go before a cheat day. I did every 40 days and it wasnt that hard as long as i had my mind set. I get around 6 to 7 hours of sleep a night. If im trying to cut down should i watch the sodium because lean beef and ck breast are gettin a little old. I need something new. I was told not to eat tuna and eggs etc. because of the sodium what you think?
 
Well, regarding diet, I eat anything I like when apllying the rule carbs and protien in the morning/beginnnig of the afternoon. Protien the rest of the day. If I need to lose more bf, I just adjust my cardio frequency. Don't calculate all your food etc, bodybuilding should be fun.

Rule: If bf is too high, adjust your cardio frequency.

You should give HIT cardio a try though , it works miracles.

Personally I think training 5 days after a row is abit to much, try weighttraining eod. This way you'll prevent overtraining when you go off the cycle. The body needs rest to grow. Its mainly the central nervous system which can't handle all that training at a certain point. Its not all about the muscle. A good recovery takes 48 hours.
