Legal Status of Prohormones?

It turns out that back when El Dubya cared more about cocaine than politics, some rich folks gave him a lot of money to buy a baseball team.
Apparently, this is where he developed his passion to rid sports of steroids. Since he made a point of it in his last State O' Da Union speech, you may have noticed a big government crackdown. Besides going after B.Bonds' enablers (and not Bonds himself) Ashcroft is going after the manufacturers of DIEA and pretty much all other "prohormones".
I don't have the specific list with me (check CNN, etc.) but the FDA has sent letters to all the makers of all the testosterone precursors you see freely sold on the web.
So my question is--- any manufactures/dealers/sellers want to comment on what they are going to do now that their businesses have been outlawed?

bump, i want to know what the damn deal is now, are they illegal or not yet
