new cycle, feedback needed please

Alright, I'm thinking about trying this:

wk.1-10 500 mg Test Enan
wk.1-10 500 mg Deca Dura
11-13 40 mg nolva ed
11-13 .25 I-dex ED

How does this look? Should I run anti-e's throughout cycle? is Post therapy long enough? Are the AS doses high enough? should i throw in some orals? Duration of cycle acceptable?

I'm looking for sheer bulk and healing of a left calve tendon that has gotten very bad. if there's a better roid I could add for healing....or another drug, drop me a line.

stats: 6'1 205lbs. 7-9 % BF 6 years training
 
Doses look fine. you may want to kick-start that cycle with some prop or dbol.

You might bloat like a mofo so some dex throughout might be good. Persoanlly I run nolva throughout my cycle at about 20 mgs ED. If I experience gyno symptoms hit the nolva at about 50 mgs for a day or two until it's gone.


Before I comment on your post cycle, how old are you?
 
i would tart the pct at the beginning of week 12 or 13. the deca and test will still be strong in the system for 7-14 days after the last shot. what about some clomid or hcg in there, too? i also agree with running something throughout the cycle in case of gyno.

I am gonna ignore the cycle question here, i dont feel you have enough knowledge if you have to ask those questions but i wont knock you for it. it's how you learn but I will ask about the tendon question. tendons cannot be healed by steroids of that capability the only healing that will do it is time and HGH. Thats it! steroids build muscle and tendons technically are not muscles. the difference is that they will not heal them and if you work out on them with that injury you very well may make it worse.
Depends on how long the wound has been, mine took 4 months to heal enough to lift with.

Thats exactly what this site is for, to gain knowledge and ask questions, not everyone is going to know the ins and outs when they get here, I commend anyone for asking questions openly!

I know and i do apologize if that sounded rude, these other guys will fill you in on all the cycle info, so i skipped right to the important question the tendon, if its in bad shapoe then a cycle might not be the best for you anyways, you need to be in great condition and build as much as possible on one.
I didnt mean for that to come off rude and of course like i said its how i learned, so lets go to your question and aswer that, and as for the tendon thing well i think i've spoken . there are many others here that will comment and i have taken some criticism here but always take the good with the bad just like doing a cycle right?
Nothing bad meant you can ask me anything any time, just be prepared i am a little to blunt and straight to the point..lol

yea, thanks Advance for your support. I'm just trying to get this cycle down.

And as for steroids healing tendons, I have done some research. And nothing is exactly conclusive on if they do or do not. Most doctors will say they don't. But then again most doctors will frown upon any question that contains the words anabolic steroid.
But I've heard MANY anecdotal reports of people who have used deca and have had success. I dont know a whole lot about the details, but its supposed to generate more synovial fluid in joints and around connective tissue and tendons. I am at a point where I am willing to try this to help my lower body tendonitis while at the same time shaping the upper body.

yes the fluid study is true and also you can use MSM and glucosomine or however you spell it and it helps too!
That seems to be a big deal with this cycle, the deca will be good and with an injury is all I was concerned about.
its good that you understood what I was trying to say...many guys here are very knowledgable and will offer great advice.

as for you cycle now lets work on that for ya and your diet and training regime, also tell us if you have ever done any aas before and what and how many also your age is important..thanks bro.
 
Alright, well i'm 23 and have done one stupid cycle before this. (test and dbol for 8 weeks)

also, what's the concensus, EQ or DECA being better at healing injuries?

and, What exactly could happen if someone were to run their Deca at a higher dose than the test??
 
for healing injuries I would say neither, but deca is good at helping injuries depending on type and also helps the immune system some.

If you ran the deca t a higher volume than test it can cause impotency and an increase in white blood cells spilling out in a piss test also it stays in your ststem up to a year and in some more depending on BF.
Other than that there is nothing verybserious I can think of that will have a great impact on your cycle in doing so.
whats your pct's going to be like, are you going to add clomid to it and have lova on hand if needed, what will you kick start the cycle with, prop,dbol, what?
what are you wanting to do, bulk with this or mainly try to help the injury?
 
yea for PTC i'm thinking use nolva....step down process, days 1-4 80 mg, 5-11 40 mg and 12-21 20 mg.....good idea?


yea i'm wanting to bulk the upper body and make small limited gains on the lower while letting the tendon heal. My lowerbody is already more advanced than my upper, so I see an oppourtunity in this cycle to make things more proportional.

in terms of kickstarting....ummm not sure....is that necessary? it will just make the gains come quick in the beginning, right?

what is it some people are saying about using winny for the last 4 weeks of the cycle? whats that good for?
